Change maybe in my future

One of my colleagues is moving on and I expressed an interest in her position, to have a change in my role. I had a chat with the areas manager and a move is possible, depending on the out come of some negotiations involving another staff member on secondment.

The prospect of change is exciting and scary at the same time, plus I don't know how that would effect my current team.

Will have to wait and see what happens, but in the meantime I have updated my CV, just in case it's needed.
